Return Policy


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To qualify for a return items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and in all original packaging (cards, box and free gift included). No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. Personalized products (engraved, custom made) products are not eligible for a return.


Exchange Policy


If you wish to exchange your item with another item, you should first return the item and after you receive your refund you can purchase another item. If you wish to change the size of a ring, please contact us to see what we can do for you!  To qualify for an exchange, same return qualifications stated in Returns Policy must meet.
